Shane holds a Master’s degree in Brewing Science from the University of Nottingham, and was the first Australian Master Cicerone. Shane now helps drive innovation and quality for AB InBev as Global Director for Quality Excellence. With a passion for beer and food, Shane is a member of the British Guild of Beer Writers and regularly contributes to publications around the world and judging in beer competitions.
